Conceptual Framework Reflection: This type of planning requires the designer to be empathetic to the students they are teaching.  As a teacher it is important to get to know your students and classroom personalities. These factors must be considered when designing and planning lessons and activities.  I know that many of my students are struggling in these economic times and do not have a lot of technological resources outside of the classroom.  Therefore it is important that I ensure they have the prerequisite skills they might not have acquired due to their circumstances at home.  I know I can sometimes take for granted some of the skills that I believe students have, when in actuality they have never had the opportunity to develop.

Conceptual Framework Reflection:  This letter showed the importance of being empathetic.  To place yourself in the shoes of another and help them as you would like to be helped.  This type of sensitivity is invaluable to work done with peers, students, and the community.
