Conceptual Framework Reflection:  In whatever work environment, one should be able to take on leadership roles in areas they have particular expertise.  I am by no means anyone's boss, but I am prepared to lead training sessions on new technologies or workshops having to do with technology, math, or science.  This particular assignment let me focus on how I might conduct training sessions and gave me ideas on starting a teacher help area on our school's website.  I feel that I am more prepared to lead such initiatives as a result of this program.
