Ashley Childress

Ashley N. Childress is currently a Computer Science major and she will earn her bachelors degree in Spring 2014. She works as a Business Analyst at Greenway Medical Technologies and has more than 10 years of experience in customer service and business management. Ashley is a strong supporter of conserving materials, especially those related to unnecessary waste like plastic grocery bags and unneeded receipts, and she always stresses the importance of sustainable living to those around her. Her goal is to teach her young son to understand, appreciate, and sustain our planet's natural resources.

Theresa Nalley

Theresa Nalley Theresa Nalley is an Environmental Studies major at the University of West Georgia. She is interested in all things “green”. Watch The Crying Indian on YouTube to see why! Theresa intends to obtain GIS certification after graduation, and will likely continue her education to earn a Masters degree in Sustainability Planning.

Carol Eaton

Carolyn M. Eaton is an English Major at the University of West Georgia. She works as a Library Administrative Assistant at Bryan Cave, LLP and has 20 years of experience in library use and management as well as 7 years of experience in the retail bookstore industry. Carol is a supporter of recycling initiatives in her community and feels strongly that the conservation of natural resources is very important to sustaining our planet for future generations. Carol is a also a frequent visitor to local farmer's markets and enjoys the benefits of locally grown produce.

Laura Gordon

Laura Gordon is an English Major at the University of West Georgia, Laura has 7 years of researching multiple kinds of information also experience setting up different online forums. Laura also supports any community based recycling programs around campus and also recycling in her hometown.She understands if we don't start conserving our current resources and recycling all the possible resources now, there will be less to enjoy for our kids. Laura's family also visits local Farmer's Markets, because of the quality and the reduced cost.
