Math Case Study
Diagnosing and Correcting Mathematical Errors (ECED 4251) provided me an opportunity to gain knowledge about the assessment/correction process as it relates to the P-5 curriculum in mathematics. It also provided me the opportunity to apply this knowledge, using a case study approach, to an individual child who was demonstrating mathematical problems. As I progressed through the course, I was expected to demonstrate achievement in several areas related to the College of Education conceptual framework.
I offer three vital elements of my case study requirement: the pretest, the post-test, and a reflection of my case study experience.
