Cells are the basic units of life and structure. Your body contains trillions of them. There is a theory about cells called the "Cell Theory." One type of cell is a eukaryote. A eukaryotic cell contains a nucleus. Plant and animal cells are both types of eukaryotic cells. The other type of cell is a prokaryote. A prokaryotic cell contains DNA, but does not have a nucleus. The only example of this type of cell is a bacteria cell.
