Senior Project - Dogs on the Run
This group senior project was for my MGNT 4660-Stategic Management course. We had the opportunity to participate in an applied research project. We analyzed a strategic action a real company was considering and provided strategic analysis of the issue and recommendations based on our analysis.
Our Project was for two local business men in Carrollton GA, who want to start a mobile hotdog stand in the area. Some of the aspects of the project were to come up with where:

- Research on consumers

- Supplies
- Other products to sale
- Wrapper design

- Working with health department
- A home base
- Having running water in mobile unit
- How to keep Food fresh

- Creating and running analysis on survey
