Experience...
I have worked in the field of Clinical Informatics since 2004. Before transitioning to a full-time informatics nurse, I provided direct patient care in both the cardiac and surgical care units. In surgical care, I performed a dual role of analyst and staff nurse. After a brief time in occupational health, I was thrilled at the opportunity to move into a full-time Clinical Informatics position.
