Step 3: The End of the Sprint
At the end of the Sprint one thing above all other must be true: the Team MUST have created a working, potentially shippable increment of the project. The Scrum process is really sort of a black box method:
It doesn't really matter what goes on inside of the box so long as the
desired output comes out of the other end at completion.
At the end of a Sprint a meeting known as a Sprint Retrospective Meeting occurs. During this meeting (which typically lasts about 3 hours) The Scrum Master and the Scrum Team review both what went well and what should be improved in the next Sprint.
