About Us

Who we are

The Master Gardener Program is a volunteer training program offered through county offices of the University of Ginger Cooperative Extension. This program offers training and certification to selected individuals in horticulture and related areas.

In return these individuals, volunteer their expertise and services. Under the direction of their Cooperative Extension Agent they help to educate others through a variety of projects that benefit their community, by bringing the latest horticultural information and practices to their communities’ landscapes and gardens.
