States' Rights Project

This project consists of researching the topic of states' rights, then create a glog presentation. You must list what is meant by states' rights in regards to the time leading up to the Civil War. Be specific about the meaning and make sure you are talking about the time just before the Civil War. Also include how this topic became a cause of the Civil War.
