Full Grown Faith
Full Age
Linked with being Blameless and Perfect in Christ Jesus

Focused on the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness - Matthew 6:33

Hebrews 5:11-14 (KJV)
11Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. 12For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.  13For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.  14But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil

Hebrews 5:14
(ESV) “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.”

Ephesians 4:13 (KJV) “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:”

Ephesians 4:13 (ESV) “until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,”

Colossians 1:24-29 (KJV)

24Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:  25Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;  26Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: 27To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: 28Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:  29Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

Colossians 1:22-23 (ESV)

22 “he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,”

23 “if indeed you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, became a minister.

Colossians 1:24-29 (ESV)

24Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I am filling up what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for the sake of his body, that is, the church, 25 of which I became a minister according to the stewardship from God that was given to me for you, to make the word of God fully known, 26 the mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to his saints. 27 To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ. 29For this I toil, struggling with all his energy that he powerfully works within me.

Romans 7:4 (ESV)

4 “Likewise, my brothers, you also have died to the law through the body of Christ, so that you may belong to another, to him who has been raised from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God.”

Ephesians 1:4 (ESV)

4 “even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love”

Ephesians 5:27 (ESV)

27 “so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.”

1 Thessalonians 3:5 (ESV)

1Therefore when we could bear it no longer, we were willing(A) to be left behind at Athens alone,

2and we(A) sent Timothy,(B) our brother and God’s coworker[a] in the gospel of Christ, to establish and exhort you in your faith,

5For this reason, when I could bear it no longer, I sent to learn about your faith, for fear that somehow the tempter had tempted you and our labor would be in vain.”

2 Corinthians 11:3 (ESV)

3But I am afraid that(A) as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts(B) will be led astray from a(C) sincere and(D) pure devotion to Christ.”

1 Corinthians 1:1-10 (KJV)

1Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,

2Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's:

3Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

 4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;

 5That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;

6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:

7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:

8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

1 Corinthians 1:1-10 (ESV)

1Paul, called by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus, and our brother Sosthenes,

2To the church of God that is in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints together with all those who in every place call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, both their Lord and ours:

3 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanksgiving

4I give thanks to my God always for you because of the grace of God that was given you in Christ Jesus, 5that in every way you were enriched in him in all speech and all knowledge— 6even as the testimony about Christ was confirmed among you— 7so that you are not lacking in any spiritual gift, as you wait for the revealing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 8 who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Divisions in the Church

10I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.

Philippians 1

1:25 “And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith;”

1:26 “That your rejoicing may be more abundant in Jesus Christ for me by my coming to you again.”

1:27 “Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;”

1:28 “And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God.”

1:29 “For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;”

1:30 “Having the same conflict which ye saw in me, and now hear to be in me.”

Philippians 2

2:12 “Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”

2:13 “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”

2:14 “Do all things without murmurings and disputings:”

2:15 “That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;”

2:16 “Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.”

2:19 “But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.”

2:20 “For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.”

2:21 “For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.”

Philippians 3

3:13Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

3:14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

3:15Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.

3:18(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:

3:19Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

3:20For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:

3:21Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Philippians 4

4:10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.

4:17Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
