Renal Artery Aneurysm

I recently found out I have an aneurysm in an artery inside my right kidney, 1.3 x 1.6 cm. The aneurysm is proximal to the renal hilum, just at the bifurcation of the anterior and posterior branches.

I also have idiopathic cardiomyopathy (weak left ventricle) and am on daily heart drugs since January. The meds keep my already low blood pressure even lower (80s-90s systolic/50s-60s diastolic).

The radiologist who is monitoring me thinks the aneurysm is saccular, not fusiform, but can't be sure from the CT angiogram. His report stated that the hormone replacement therapy I am on could cause the aneurysm to grow (because of my menopause symptoms, stopping HRT is out). Is this true? I am 56 and have been on HRT since age 44. He further stated that if the aneurysm grows over the next 3-6 months (I go back in July for another CT angiogram), he could embolize the aneurysm. But he also said that I am at risk for possible partial embolization of my kidney if the aneurysm turned out to be fusiform and not saccular.

I am not sure what all this means: could the procedure to embolize kill my kidney if the aneurysm turns out to be fusiform? All of this scares me. I feel like I am living with two ticking time bombs, both of which could kill me: my cardiomyopathy and my aneurysm. All this health stuff has happened since last October. To top it off, I had to rush into major abdominal surgery in January to release 2 big arteries that nourish my intestine: they were being strangled by a ligament and a ganglion (arcuate ligament compression syndrome). And I just found out that the recent lumps that appeared in the palm of my hand in January could develop into Dupuytren's syndrome. I am in shock from all of this, as I am fit (or so I thought), exercised regularly, not overweight, had great cholesterol, HDL, LDL, low blood pressure, etc.

If anyone knows the scenarios that could play out with my aneurysm or has advice, I'd like to hear from you. Like if it bursts, would they have to do emergency surgery on me? What would my symptoms be if the aneurysm did burst? How fast would I go into shock if it burst? What is the best kind of dr. to treat a renal aneurysm? A vascular surgeon? Renal specialist? Or my radiologist, who gives me the impression he would be the one to embolize it? I assume this could kill me if the vessel bursts and goes untreated. Does anyone have this type of aneurysm and have you been treated for it? Thanks for any comments you can give me.
