About Me

I am a Philadelphia, PA native living in Georgia since 1997. In Fall 2011, I will receive a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts for Art Education at the University of West Georgia. I have been interested in art from a very young age and have been continuously involved in art programs throughout my school career. My grandfather, who was also an artist, and my art teachers have all inspired me to pursue a career of teaching the arts. I believe art is beneficial to development, creativity, and awareness in children of all ages and want to pass on my own experiences and knowledge to students just like me.
