I am a second semester graduate student at the University of West Georgia majoring in Business Education. Originally, I graduated from UWG in 2006 with a BBA in Management, but decided to continue my education in teaching. Last year, I became a substitute teacher for Douglas County and I love it! I enjoy the classroom and the multitude of students each day. I love being in the classroom and influencing our youth by getting them excited about learning. My husband and I have been married for almost two years. He is a teacher and so is his mother, brother, and brother's wife, and cousin. I am continuing the "family business" by getting my Masters Degree in Business Education. Adding to my list of duties, I am also a Graduate Research Assistant for the University of West Georgia in the Business Education department.
